Or the everyday route: generate a scene on any AI video platform, upscale it to 2K, loop it to about 20 seconds and upload it. Every render fills a scene differently, so one scene can be reused again and again.

Ask any AI video platform for the scene you want, for example a slow turntable or a walk through a landscape, in 4:5 or another size. Upscale it to 2K with a tool such as free.upscaler.video, picking strong detail settings since detail is what matters. Most platforms stop around 10 seconds, so loop it or add a reversed copy in DaVinci Resolve or any free editor to reach about 20 seconds. Scenes are 2048x2560 (4:5), or 3072x3840 for 2K output, up to 125MB.

Retries are faster, because the heavy lifting like subject masking is already done.

Yes. After a render you can edit the script or simply tell Sleepy what to change ("darker colors, make it in Spanish") and retry. Each retry is a new render and counts as one video, but because the engine is precise rather than generative, it will not fall apart on the next try. The smart workflow is to render your general style first, then fix the script and add post-process effects in one retry. That is a high-end video ready to post, for about 60 extra seconds.
