What counts as a video generation?
Each video you create counts as 1 use. When you edit and regenerate a video, that counts as 1 more use. Your monthly allocation is the total number of videos you can generate, no hidden limits or token systems.
Can I use my own background videos?
Yes, on any paid plan. Upload background videos (muted) and our motion graphics play on top. Perfect for brand identity and mini compilations. Your logo and photos work on every plan, including Free. Paid plans add your own fonts, and Captions mode to add animated captions to your existing videos.
What's Brainrot Mode?
For playful brands. It splits the screen horizontally, your motion graphics on top, random viral videos/gameplay/extreme events on the bottom. Fully automated. All plans have access to it.
What's Subtitles Mode?
A lifesaver for anyone who wants to impress, fast. Upload your own video and we overlay full motion graphics as subtitles. Not basic text with a glow or a little transform - actual animated motion design, synced to your words. It turns raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content in minutes. Available on all paid plans.
Can I make lyric videos or faceless edits?
Yes. Lyrics & Music Visualizer mode turns a song (plus optional images or video) into a beat-reactive edit with your lyrics synced automatically. Upload a video and the engine can mask the subject into a faceless silhouette filled with the visuals, so you can repurpose any clip while staying anonymous. Available on every paid plan, from Starter up.
Can I render in 2K? Creator & up
Yes, from the Creator plan ($12/month) up. Flip the 2K badge on before you generate and the engine renders at 2K instead of 1080p, which is where text-heavy motion graphics really pay off: edges stay razor sharp, and the video survives being re-encoded by every platform you upload it to. On Captions it happens on its own, just upload a 2K source and the engine keeps it there. Free and Starter render at 1080p HD.
What's Sleepy Pro? Every plan
A completely new way to make motion graphics. Bring a scene video and Sleepy masks it automatically and builds a full motion graphics production into it: text walking through a desert, weaving between mountain peaks and clouds. Use our preset scenes rendered in Unreal Engine, your own Unreal render, a video you film, or a scene from any AI video platform, upscaled to 2K. Every preset scene is open on every plan, including Free, in HD. From the Creator plan ($12/month) you can upload your own scenes, in HD or 2K.
Can I download the cutouts and composite images? Agency only
Yes Agency plan exclusive. Every video you generate in Composite or Designer mode produces up to 4 high-resolution source images (PNG with transparency or WEBP). On Agency you can download every one of them, packaged in a single ZIP folder, ready to drop into thumbnails, ads, decks, or anywhere else. With 200 videos a month that's up to 800 original cutouts per month. These are real composited assets, not AI-slop background-removal artifacts: clean edges, original framing, studio-grade output. Designer mode in particular delivers subject cutouts that look hand-prepped the kind of asset you'd otherwise pay a designer for.
What's AI edit? Agency only
Upload a raw take, full of silences, mumbles and wrong starts, and turn on AI edit in Captions. Sleepy cuts everything that doesn't belong, keeps what matters, and delivers a tight edit with Classic or Composite captions. A rambling 2-minute recording can come back as a clean 1-minute video, or 30 seconds, depending on how much of it is worth keeping. It uses the 2-minute caption uploads, which is why it's on Agency. If you paste an exact script, AI edit switches off: your script decides the words instead.
How long does a video take to generate?
Motion graphics take from about 40 seconds (Clean mode) to about 2:30, Sleepy Pro included. A 30-second 2K Pro scene can add a minute, and so can stacking 3 post-process effects each masked differently. Classic captions are ready in about a minute once your video is uploaded, and Composite captions and Lyrics up to 30 seconds take 1 to 2 minutes. Longer captions (up to 2 minutes on Agency) can take up to around 6, which is still far faster than captioning 30 seconds at a time and stitching the pieces together. Retries are even faster, because the heavy lifting (like subject masking) is already done. Either way it's ready to use the moment it lands, no waiting for final versions, what you see is what you get.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All paid plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. Video credits reset monthly. Each month you get a fresh allocation based on your plan.
